Original era manufacture Classic.Recently purchased in Northern Arizona while shopping in an Antique Market. Standard AN-6530 goggles with clear lenses and a very nice white elasticized cotton head strap, Gray rubber face pads with chamois covered backs. At the time of our purchase these goggles were jammed into this B-8 goggle box with asingle clear glass replacement lens inside. Handwritten onto the top of the box is, Geo. L. Jackson, Goggles used in flight training, Solo 6-10-43, which gives a great basis for research. The goggles are basically sound, however the face pad is pulled away from the right side frame and is dry and a bit brittle.
