WWI Trench Art Shell Smoking Stand

Item #35462 : Original era manufacture. An intricate and well made smoking stand, or tray, using a .37 mm projectile and case as the ashtray. Serving as supports for the fenced edge are 10 .45 caliber pistol cartridges and additional .45 rounds used as the legs for the removable ashtray, with 30-06 rounds serving as additional supports. The tray was stored in a damp area for years, so a verdigris bloom has occurred on the nickel washed metal portions, and some light surface corrosion on the steel .37mm projectile and cigar rests. This is really well made and thought out.

Price: $150.00
