Medals US WWII Distinguished Flying Cross, Serial Numbered Edge Original era manufacture. Slot brooch medal complete with its original issue case and lapel button. Engraved on the bottom edge of the cross is the serial number 7245. Very clean overall with typical scuffing to the issue case. Unusual to find a serial numbered DFC.
