German WWII Cigarette Album, Orden, Imperial German Orders & Medals
(5 photos)

$125.00

Original era manufacture. In our opinion one of the best of the cigarette books published during the era as it serves as an excellent collectors reference tool. The book is complete with all of its cards, all presented in fine, pre-war quality color. Overall the book is quite clean, but there is a two inch tear in the cover at the edge of the binding and the bottom corner of the binding has been bumped. The contents are perfect.

Original era publication. Massive book published in 1900by the Werner Company of Akron Ohio. Text is in both English and German and gives a detailed history of the Imperial Army up to that time and its current (1899) strength and weaponry.

The real attraction to this massive tome are the 40, full color 13x17" plates portraying the Imperial Army & Navy. The plates presented in this book have been included in many major reference books over the years and are simply beautiful.

The books overall condition would rate as fair with most of the problems being restricted to the spine. The plates and text show normal handling but the book itself needs to be rebound. If one is careful it can be enjoyed as is.
