Original era manufacture. Polished steel blade measuring 34.5 inches in length, displaying etched panels on each side, one with the Royal Enginners emblem, the other what appears to be the Royal Artillery. Makers name on the ricasso in addition to a Birmingham inspectors proof. The blade is quite clean with no issues. Handsome brass guard, pommel and backstrap with a fishskin wrapped grip with triple wire binding. Nickel finished steel scabbard with a brass throat, two carrying rings, few scattered dents along its length.
